TERMS & CONDITIONS:

As seats are limited, confirmation of delegates will be on a ‘First come - First Serve’ basis.

The event is subject to alterations at the discretion of the organizers.

Kindly note that NO CREDIT facility would be extended under any circumstances. NO REFUND / ADJUSTMENT for ’NO SHOW’ or Absence of a delegate would be accommodated.

Kindly note that ‘Delegate Confirmation Letter’ will only be issued after receipt and realization of appropriate fees including appropriate taxes, along with relevant details on the registration form.

The Delegate Badges issued are “non-transferable”. The organizers reserve the right to disallow a confirmed delegate from transferring his/her badge to any other person.

Appropriate security arrangements will be made at the venue. However, delegates are responsible for the security of their own belongings and the organizers shall not be responsible for any stolen/missing items/goods, belonging to the Delegate, Speaker or Attendees, any reason whatsoever.

Visitors are requested to display the badges at all times. Please note that delegates will not be allowed to enter the conference halls without the badges.

Delegates are responsible for the security of their Badges or Kits, against Theft / Loss / Damage, as no duplicate or replacement will be issued

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation request received by the Event Secretariat by email, 30 days prior to the commencement of the event, will be refunded 100% of the registration fees, less (10% administrative charges to cover processing + applicable taxes).

Cancellation request received by the Event Secretariat by email, 15 days prior to the commencement of the event, will be refunded 50% of the registration fees, less ( + applicable taxes).

Cancellation request received by the Event Secretariat by email, 15 days prior to the commencement of the event, will not be entitled for any refund. REFUND/SUBSTITUTION OF REGISTRATION:

You may email refund/substitution requests to Sharmistha Roy at sharmiroy2@gmail.com before 26th November 2018.

Substitutions attract a fees of 10% of the registration tariff as processing charges to transfer your registration to another individual.
